Cancellation Policy

Bookings are limited to only three days a week. Please be sure to book at least one week in advance so we can source the parts needed for your service to be completed (note that booking this far in advance may result in better prices for the parts needed if we have time to order them online). To make sure the correct car is being serviced, all customers are required to meet our service staff upon his arrival next to the car to be serviced. While we seek to fulfill all appointments, please note that due to the mobile nature of our service, if weather or location do not permit, we may need to reschedule you for another date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Since we are a mobile service and not a proper mechanic shop, we reserve the right to deny service upon arrival if the complexities of the job surpass our ability to service the car properly.
